NEW RETURN POLICY IS STRICTLY. WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.

YOU MAY RETURN ANY PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE FOR AN EXCHANGE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES INCURRED FOR RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS.

 

*SIMPLY SEND US AN E-MAIL AND WE WILL SEND YOU AN RA NUMBER, WITH THE RETURN ADDRESS.

 

* Incomplete Return Authorization Forms may result in delay of processing. The request may be on hold until further verification is obtained.

 

* Damages or defects not incurred during the manufacturing/shipping process will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

*YOU MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WITH THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE RETURNING.

 

*RE-STOCKING / DISCARDING FEES – ALL PRODUCTS ARE INSPECTED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE BEFORE PACKAGING AND RE-CHECKED PRIOR TO SHPPING AT OUR FACILITY.

 

* Requests will be processed in the order they are received.

 

THIS PROCEDURE generates a 99% faultless products. therefore any UNPACKED product that is returned for a replacement, used or damaged in any fashion, will be charged a 15% re-stocking / housing discard fee.
